Products purchased in our store may be returned for refund within 30 days, permitting the products are in new condition (not worn or washed, etc). Products returned within 30 days of purchase are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Unfortunately items sold at sale price, purchased beyond 30 days and large home furnishings CANNOT be returned.
To return an item, simply or email returns@bohmo.com for a return authorization (RA) and return address.
order cancellation
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at customerservice@bohmo.com as soon as possible. Unless your item has shipped, we should be able to cancel your order without penalty.
